Jim Reardon .

Executive Chef | 35+ Years of Experience

Chef Jim’s culinary journey began at 15 and led him to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, launching a career that spans more than three decades. He has cooked in some of America’s most iconic destinations—including Key West, Clearwater Beach, Block Island, Chicago’s Drake Hotel, and Commander’s Palace in New Orleans.

 

After years of working on the water and even living on his boat near Key West, Chef Jim brings a passion for fresh ingredients and homemade cooking to every dish.
