Meet Chef

Jim Reardon

Chef Jim brings decades of culinary experience and a passion for fresh, flavorful food. His journey began at just 15 years old and led him to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, launching a career that spans more than three decades. Along the way, he cooked in some of America’s most iconic destinations, including Key West, Clearwater Beach, Block Island, Chicago’s historic Drake Hotel, and the legendary Commander’s Palace in New Orleans.

 

After years of working on the water and even living aboard his boat near Key West, Chef Jim now channels his love for fresh ingredients and homemade cooking into every dish. His approach blends classic techniques with bold, elevated flavors, creating food that feels right at home in your local contemporary sports bar.
